After 9/11 my husband was told that he was about to lose his job unless he considered on relocating with the company. Over the course of 20-odd years of buying homes we have dealt with a number of Realtors from East to West Coast and clearly Alicia and Robyn set the standard against which the rest must be measured.
Moving, whether cross-country or across the street, is always a traumatic time for anyone. With only one week to find our new home, we were faced with limited supply in the seller’s market for this area. Not knowing anyone in Manhattan Beach, we first relied on company relocation for the realtor contact, however it seemed that the relaters assigned to us were to busy, it felt like we were inconveniencing them.
We consider the day we met Alicia and Robyn an incredible stroke of luck! We were told we couldn’t meet with the company assigned realtor until 1 PM so my husband and I were at local café having breakfast. That’s when we meet Marty he recommended us to Alicia and Robyn and we know why. Marty immediately called Alicia and when I spoke with her they were ready to meet with us that morning. They understood immediately what we were facing, and helped us every step of the way. They were excellent listeners.
Alicia and Robyn had great insight into the homes in our market range they knew the properties, anticipated our needs and were very professional. They showed us examples of what we requested. Their energy really made a difference. The service and personal attention we received was exceptional. They went door to door looking in the areas we were most interested in. We were so surprised when they told us this…who makes house calls any more? I asked my husband. We were just blown away. When Alicia and Robyn promised to do something, they delivered. They gave excellent advice during negotiations. We can’t say enough good things about this “Dynamic Team” they are absolute the best and a credit to Realtors.
Now that we are settled in our new home, we want you to know how much we appreciate all that you and your staff did for us to get to this point. We certainly will recommend you to anyone we know who is interested in home buying or selling.
